Documents Check List
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any;
- Visa Application form;
- 2 recent colour photographs
- Personal Covering letter (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead)
- Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months);
- Confirmed return Flight Tickets
- Hotel reservation.
- Mandatory Travel Insurance USD 50000 and above
- NOC From Employer
- Leave Sanction Letter
- if Employed: 3 Month Salary Slip + Employee ID Card
- If Self Employed: 6 Month Current Account Statement + Shop act + GST Certificate ( IF Available )
- For Singapore Visit Visa - If you are visiting friend or relative - Invitation letter or Letter of Introduction (LOI) / V39A form.
- If sponsored - Sponsorship letter
- If you are retired – Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.
- If you are a student - school / College / Institute ID Card.
- If you are a minor - No Objection Certificate from the
parents / non-accompanying parent on a Rs. 100/- stamp paper & ID
proof of parent like passport or PAN card.
Processing Time

- Two copies must be submitted.
- It must be of proper size with dimensions of 35x45 mm (length - 45mm, breadth - 35mm).
- It must be clicked on a plain white background.
- It must be able to cover face in 80% of the frame.
- It must be a recent photograph.
- The expressions on the face must be neutral, there must not be any kind of smiling of frowning in the photograph.
- Any kind of glasses must not be worn in the photograph.
- The hair must be tied back so that the face is clearly visible.
- The ears must be visible clearly.
- It must not have any headgear worn apart from religious reasons.
- It is to be taken care that your teeth do not show in the photograph.
Terms & Conditions
- Please check the visa details same time you received If any correction kindly advises us minimum 3 days before travel date as later the company will not be responsible for any kind of losses or similar
- Please be vigilant and advise passenger to exit on time or before time of visa expiry to avoid overstay and absconding penalty.
- Visa Approval is strictly subject to immigration solely.
- If flight is booked already and visa approval is delayed by immigration then we will not be liable for flight cancellation.
- Visa cannot be clear once it is rejected by Immigration and the amount is non-refundable.
- In case of Overstay, penalty of USD 1535 will be imposed and must be payable by Customer
- In case passenger involved in any illegal activity, all the fines & penalties must be payable by Customer
Customer Responsibilities:
- The Customer shall provide accurate and complete information required for the visa application process.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all supporting documents required for the visa application are authentic, valid, and in compliance with the relevant authorities' regulations.
- The Customer shall bear all costs associated with the visa application, including but not limited to consular fees, service charges, and any additional expenses incurred.
Liability:
- The Doru Tours Pvt Ltd shall exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services; however, it shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or damages arising from the actions of the relevant governmental or consular bodies.
- The Agent shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Customer due to incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the Customer.
- The Agent shall not be liable for any delay, rejection, or denial of a visa application by the relevant authorities.
